From this class , I knew one important phrase"ghost conflict", so I understood that It's important,even critical, to master other people's language. The deepest impression sentence is " to get things done between countries,companies,across cultures and between people who speak different languages it's important-even critical- to master other people's language.Even if they already speak yours. Because only then can you truly understand why they say what they say." About this lesson , I feel some difficult, maybe I will review this lesson again later.
